Yes! Any special requests, like using certain detergents, or certain pick up instructions, you can select ‘special requests / instructions’, and write in your special requests or instructions.
Great question! You select the type of laundry you want completed, normal laundry, or dry clean laundry, how many bags, the date, time, and checkout; then set your laundry bags outside or in your designated spot. We will pick it up, make sure it is washed, dried, and folded; then return it to you all nice and clean. It’s that easy!
For all normal laundry requests, your laundry will be picked up on the morning scheduled, and then returned the following day. For all dry clean laundry requests, your laundry will be picked up and the morning scheduled, and then returned in two days. In general, normal laundry is returned the next day, and dry clean laundry is returned in two days.
Normal laundry – is laundry that will be set out by the bag, then will be washed and dried via a normal washer dryer set that you would use in a home or laundry mat, and returned in the same bag you provided. (If you prefer a different bag for your laundry to be returned in, simply include another bag with each bag set out.)
Dry clean laundry – is laundry that will be set out by the bag, but will be returned dry cleaned, on hangers, and covered with plastic.
Place all your laundry that needs to be done, in a standard 13 gallon kitchen bag. Whether it is for normal laundry, or dry clean laundry, simply place it in a standard 13 gallon kitchen bag. In some cases, you may have more than one or several kitchen bags to set out, and that is great! Just remember to use a standard 13 gallon kitchen bag for each bag that is set out. (Also to make sure that the amount of bags you scheduled for pickup, match the amount of bags you set out.)
Once you have all your laundry placed in your standard 13 gallon kitchen bags, simply place it in your designated area of choice, that is outside and accessible to us. It is recommended to be placed under a covered porch, usually at your entry door.
Yes! As long as you can set your laundry bags out in an area that is accessible to us, then we will gladly pick it up. If it is at a hotel, you will want to leave special instructions on where to pick up your laundry bags, for example, at your room door, or at the front desk.
Yes! This service works great for nightly rental services! A best practice that we have observed, is that you keep at least two sets of everything that you will normally wash after a nightly stay; such as pillow cases, sheets, towels, and wash cloths, for example. Then, at every check out, you can schedule a laundry service. Or, you can have multiple sets, and schedule for a weekly pickup.
Yes! In the special instructions, simply request that hypoallergenic detergent be used.
Yes! For all those that work with us and do laundry, we employ them when available, to consider using environmentally friendly detergents, environmentally friendly machine settings, and environmentally friendly vehicles to pick up and return laundry. In addition, if this is something that you care about, you can request normal laundry settings to be set on cold, which helps the environment and helps support goals of going green initiatives. This collectively is our effort to better our environment, offer and encourage eco-friendly processes, be nature-friendly, and help with the long term sustainability of where we all call home, earth. We gladly call this our Environmentally Friendly Pledge.
